본 연구는 도시농업의 제도적 측면에서 도시농업의 지속적인 활성화 방안에 대해 연구하는 것을 목적으로 하며, 세부적으로는 도시농업 조례 항목별 중요도가 도시농업의 참여 만족도와 지속가능성에 영향을 미침에 있어서 그 관계에 대해 검토하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 시사점을 정리하면 첫째, 참여자들의 ‘도시농업 참여 지속성’이 나타남에 있어서 의식적인 단계를 거친다는 것을알 수 있었다. 둘째, 실제 참여자 관점에서 도시농업 조례항목별 중요도 요소에 대한 차이를 분석한 결과 정부의 간접적인 지원보다는 개개인에 대한 교육적 지원, 직접적 지원을 중요하게 생각하고 있다는 것을 파악할 수 있었다. 셋째, 도시농업 조례 항목별 중요도에 대한 전문가와 참여자 간에 인식의 차이가 있는 것을 확인할 수 있었다.

The purpose of this study is to examine the institutional aspects of the sustainablevitalization plan for urban farming in. Also, it examines the importance of urban agricultureordinance factors influencing the participation satisfaction and sustainability. Based on theimportance of urban farming factors, a survey was conducted with 220 urban farmers livingamong 23 districts within the city of Seoul. In addition, An analysis on the relationship of theimportance of itemized urban agriculture ordinance and the participation satisfaction and thesustainability among the urban agriculture was conducted in accordance. Implications could besummarized as follows: first, sustainability of urban farming participation' processed through theconscious level. Second, by analyzing the differences in the importance of itemized urbanagriculture ordinance elements from the actual participants’ perspective, direct supports such asindividual educational support were thought to be more important to them rather thangovernment's indirect support. Third, the differences of the perception in terms of theimportance of urban agriculture ordinance factors between the experts and participants could beconfirmed. In this study, the flow of the relationship between the importance of itemized urbanagriculture ordinance and the participants' effective factors has been proposed. Since therelationship between the importance and participation satisfaction in terms of current urbanfarming ordinance has not been actively discussed, the significance of this study lies onproviding the theoretical basis of it.
