본 연구는 기존의 도시계획이 최근 이슈가 되고 있는 기후변화 대응을 위한 탄소저감 도시계획으로 전환되어야 한다는 점을 인식하고 우리나라 도시계획 실정에 맞는 탄소저감 도시계획 수립과 적용이라는 관점에서 현재 도시기본계획 측면에서 활용할 수 있는 모델을 구상하였다. 그 결과 우리나라에 적용 가능한 모델을 구상하기 위하여 현재까지 활용되고 있는 방법론 중 미래의 온실가스 배출 및 감축효과를 분석하는데 가장 많이 활용되고 있는 도시특성지표와의 회귀모형을 기반으로 모델을 구상하였으며, 인구규모에 따라 유형화를 하고, 1인당 온실가스 배출량과 도시계획 관련 지표들 간의 상관분석 및 다중회귀분석을 통하여 미래의 온실가스 배출 예측이 가능하도록 구상하였다. 그러나 본 연구가 탄소저감 도시계획 수립을 위한 기초적인 모델구상이라는 점을 감안할 때, 본 연구에서 도출된 지표를 재구성하거나, 다양한 방법론 개발이 필요하다. 향후 외국의 다양한 모델들을 참고하여 우리나라 실정에 맞는 탄소저감 도시계획 수립을 위한 모델을 개발하고, 이를 기반으로 도시계획 수립에 활용하고자 하는 끊임없는 노력이 필요할 것으로 판단된다.
This study realized that the existing urban planning should be converted to carbon reduction urban planning to cope with recent climate change issues, and mapped out a model that can be used in terms of present map of urban general plan in applying and establishing carbon reduction urban planning, which fits to state of Korean urban planning. As a result, in order to realize an applicable model for Korea, the model was formulated based on urban characteristic indexes and regression model that are being used the most up to date to analyze greenhouse-gas emission of the future and effects of reduction. The model classified based on the size of population, and it is planned through greenhouse-gas emissions per capita, and urban planning-related indicators between correlation and multiple regression analysis, so that the greenhouse-gas emission can be predictable in the future. However, considering that this study is a basic model design for founding carbon reduction urban planning, it is necessary to develop various methodologies or recast drawn indexes. By referring to diverse foreign models hereafter, it is judged that it needs unceasing efforts to utilize and establish urban planning based on developing a model for establishing carbon reduction urban planning that fits to state of Korea.
