본 연구는 환경친화적이고 쾌적한 도시환경을 조성하기 위하여 어메니티플랜을 수립할 수 있는 계획지표를 개발하기 위한 연구이다. 이를 위해 문헌고찰에 의한 기존 관련연구사례와 전문가 의견조사를 통해 연구가 진행되었다. 문헌고찰에 의해 국내외 기 개발된 어메니티 관련지표를 검토한 결과 어메니티플랜 수립시 일반적으로 적용할 수 있는 광의(廣義)의 어메니티 플랜 계획지표로서 5개 부문 26개 세부지표와, 협의의 어메니티플랜 계획지표로서 6개 부문 32개의 세부지표를 설정할 수 있었다. 이상의 지표를 대상으로 전문가 의견조사를 실시한 결과 광의(廣義) 어메니티플랜 계획지표로 5개 부문 총 17(11)개의 중요세부지표와, 협의(狹義) 어메니티플랜 계획지표로 6개 부문 총 21(16)개의 중요세부지표가 도출되었다.

Amenity should be the more and more important planning method in the future for the urban planning field. However, the planning indicators of the amenity-plan have not yet clearly identified. The purpose of this research is to establish the planning indicators of the amenity-plan for the urban-amenity so that the analysis methods such as the world-wide indicators studies and surveys with the experts might be carried out. The researchers developed 5 sectors and 17(11) planning indicators of the amenity-plan on the broad sense, and 6 sectors and 21(16) planning indicators of the amenity-plan on the narrow sense.
